Understanding Problem and Deciding Objectives

In order to understand deeper and validating the problem assumption we have, research is the best way to find out.

In this project the research phase is conducted by the PM team, but in the process we stumble a blocker mainly caused by lacks of communication and indispensable personal matters, so we decided to conducting the research via online survey with limited time left.

From the research the PM team conduct we found :

After gathering all of the insight and pain points from the survey, we identify the objectives.

Visualizing and Building Ideas

After looking at the research result and gathering insight, we the UI UX team began to construct the ideas into wireflow and lo-fi of the features.

High Fidelity Design

As soon as we done with the lo-fi and wireflow, we jump right into high fidelity. Because of limited time we have, to hasten-up our designing process we decided to make the design based on existing halodoc feature called "Kalkulator Risiko Serangan Jantung".

Prototype

Testing

Evaluating the Design

Right after we finish designing Hi-Fi, we began to create a prototype to show how the feature flow and works.

We tested it on user with this criteria :

  • Halodoc user

  • Productive age / actively working (20 - 50s)

  • All gender

We used maze as a medium for testing and here are the result.

Iteration

Improving Design and Flow

Based on the testing we conducted there are several design feedback we received from the users.

Unfortunately we only be able to implement 2 design feedback because we're only few days from project showcase.

  1. Vitamins Filter

  • User can filter the desired vitamins by tapping the filter tags

  • Adding a vitamin filter tag based on screening result

  1. Confirmation Message

  • Adding a bottom modal for confirmation message.

  • Ask user confirmation when retaking screening test.

Reflection

Despite lacking in research aspect and stumbled a few obstacles, we quite satisfied how this project turned out. However there few things that i learned from this project:

  • Spend more time on research and make a good research plan, also i learn how to ask the right question can tremendously helped us pinpoint valuable insight.

  • Effective communication are essential for the success of a project, because lack communication can resulting in misalignment on project goals and delayed productivities.
